Company / Deep Fathom

Built to make evidence part of the work.

Deep Fathom exists to remove the operational and compliance obstacles between a supplier’s capability and revenue in government and regulated markets.

See what the platform does today

Why we started

A capable supplier needs evidence that travels with the work.

Organizations doing serious work interpret dense requirements, coordinate action across teams and systems, and defend claims long after the original deadline. When the record is scattered across spreadsheets, documents, screenshots, and memory, each request starts with reconstruction.

We started with CMMC because the Defense Industrial Base makes the problem impossible to ignore. Security obligations directly affect who can pursue and retain work, while smaller suppliers and their partners are expected to produce credible evidence without enterprise-sized compliance departments.

Our broader direction is mission-to-market: make the obligations between capability and revenue understandable, executable, and provable. Today Deep Fathom operates the readiness and evidence layer. Opportunity selection, proposal writing, legal judgment, and contract awards remain with the responsible people and organizations.

Our mission

Make every obligation executable and every consequential claim provable.

We are building toward a future where teams maintain readiness through the operating work that follows an audit, customer request, or proposal deadline.

How we build

Principles for high-stakes work.

  1. 01

    Rigor that teams can run

We remove repetitive work while preserving authority, traceability, and evidence. A higher standard belongs in the operating workflow.

  2. 02

    Evidence before assertion

We show the product working, state its limits, and connect consequential claims to evidence. Teams can inspect how a result was produced.

  3. 03

    Human authority

AI can accelerate analysis and execution. Accountable people still set intent, review evidence, and authorize outcomes.

  4. 04

    One connected record

Requirements, work, evidence, and decisions live together so the people responsible can review the same facts.
